- We value our customers deeply. We send our customers a short video of their products just before packaging to confirm quality & correct products.
- Only after the customer's approval the package is shipped.
- So, we do not offer refund, return or exchange.
- All sales are final.
- In event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 6 hours of receipt of order, with a unboxing -uncut video proof.
- Customers must share us unboxing -uncut video proof, order number, photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail for us to initiate the process.
- We will either replace the item, or issue store credit.
- The final decision lies with Seema Clay Jewelry.& we reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.

🚚 Shipping In India
- Flat shipping charges of INR 150 apply on all domestic orders.
- We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over INR 10,000.
- Domestic orders take 2-10 working days to deliver once shipped.
✈️ International Shipping
- All international orders are shipped via DTDC International / DHL.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹3,450 applies on International Shipping on orders below ₹33,000.
- For orders below ₹33,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹3,450 applies.
- We dispatch all orders within 72 Hrs. of business days for ready-to-ship products.
- Customized products will be dispatched in 2 weeks time OR as discussed on call.
- Once dispatched, international deliveries usually take 4–15 working days.
- Any applicable custom duties, taxes, and import charges are sole responsibility of the customer, we have not included any in the product cost.
- Once the courier has left India, 'Seema Clay Jewelry' is not responsible for non-delivery, deliveries delays, damages, losses caused by any reason e.g.: courier service issues, customs, natural calamities, any human / transportation strikes or any other exception.
💖How to care for jewelry
- All our pieces are handcrafted with variety of materials e.g. gold plated copper wire | resin | polymer clay and manufactured jewelry components.
- Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight box with no direct sunlight or moisture to avoid oxidation process of metals that leads to discoloring.
- Please avoid contact with water, perfumes, hair sprays, make up, lotions and creams.
- We urge you to remove your jewelry before shower, swim or workout.
- Our design give you the freedom to gently move the wire base of flower/ leaves so that you can adjust and wear it according to your choice. We urge our customers to be gentle and caring while doing so.
- Do not apply any form of pressure on flower petals or leaves.
