Shipping policy

We strive our best to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for our valued customers. Please take note of the following policies.

1. We are Made in India, shipping worldwide.
2. We dispatch all orders within 96 Hrs (4 business days} for ready-to-ship products - from the time the order was placed
3. Customized products will be dispatched in 2-4 weeks time OR as discussed on call.
4. Within India products will be delivered within 10 days.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, there may be delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities or remote events. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused in such situations.
7. Delivery Partner Responsibility: Please understand that any delays caused by our delivery partner are not within our direct control. However, we will do our best to coordinate with them on your behalf.
8. Order Tracking: Rest assured, we will send you an email with tracking details so that you can stay informed about the progress of your order.
9. Personalized Items: We understand that personalized items hold special meaning for you. Due to the meticulous customization process, these items may require additional time, up to 15 days, to ensure utmost care and attention to detail.
10. Personalized Assistance: Our dedicated team is here to address any customization enquiries or specific details you may have. We will be in constant communication with you to ensure your needs are met to the best of our abilities.
11. Global Delivery: We are delighted to extend our services to customers worldwide. We currently deliver to over 190 countries, ensuring that our products reach you no matter where you are located.
12. Flat shipping charges of INR 150 apply on all domestic orders.
13. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over INR 10,000.
14. Domestic orders take 2-10 working days to deliver once shipped.
15. All details on order tracking will be sent on mail, once parcel dispatched

Other International Policies

Please note the following information regarding our international shipping method:

• All international orders are shipped via DTDC International / DHL.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹3,950 applies on International Shipping on orders below ₹33,000.    
• For orders below ₹33,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹3,950 applies.
• We dispatch all orders within 96 Hrs (4 business days} for ready-to-ship products - from the time the order was placed
• Customized products will be dispatched in 2 -4 weeks time OR as discussed on call.
• Once dispatched, international deliveries usually take 4–20 working days.
• Any applicable custom duties, taxes, and import charges are sole responsibility of the customer, we have not included any in the product cost.
• Once the courier has left India, 'Seema Clay Jewelry' is not responsible for non-delivery, deliveries delays, damages, losses caused by any reason e.g.: courier service issues, customs, natural calamities, any human / transportation strikes or any other exception.
• Shipping charges may vary based on the destination country.
• We accept payment via PayPal.
•  Prices listed are exclusive of custom duties, please be aware that custom duties are not included in the prices.
• Shipping charges and transit time will vary depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL/Fedex change this as per our delivery partner.
• Transit times apply from Monday to Saturday.
•  Please ensure that contact details are accurately entered, including the country code and zip code.
• If the shipping pin code falls within a remote area, shipping charges may vary.
