Refund policy

At SeemaClayJewelry, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Here are our return and exchange policies:

Return & Exchange policy 

  • We value our customers deeply. We send our customers a short video of their products just before packaging to confirm quality & correct products.
  • Only after the customer's approval the package is shipped.
  • So, we do not offer refund, return or exchange.
  • All sales are final.
  • In event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 6 hours of receipt of order, with a unboxing -uncut video proof and once discussed - the return order should be booked the same day (share the receipt with us).
  • Customers must share us unboxing -uncut video proof, order number, photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail for us to initiate the process.
  • We will either replace the item, or issue store credit.
  • The final decision lies with Seema Clay Jewelry.& we reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.

Please note that the exchange policy is not applicable for customized products.

We don’t accept returns . Products can only be exchanged as per the exchange policies mentioned above.
