They are about 2 inches long. They are handcrafted in lightweight resin, so they are comfortable for long celebrations.

Are they safe for sensitive ears?

They have a nickel-free, hypoallergenic finish.

Can I wear them while haldi paste is applied?

Yes. The resin flowers are waterproof, so haldi paste will not stain them. After the ceremony, gently wipe the paste off with a soft damp cloth and let them dry completely. They will be ready to wear again.

How long will it take to get them?

They are handcrafted for you after you order and dispatched within 2–4 weeks. Before packing, we send you a short video, and they ship only after you approve it. Need them by a specific date? Message Seema on WhatsApp before ordering.

Will mine look exactly like the photo?

Very close, but not identical. Each piece is shaped by hand, so yours will have small natural variations in petal shape and colour.

Can I change the colours?

Yes. They can be customized to match your outfit. Send your outfit photo to Seema on WhatsApp (+91 99804 72151).

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship to 27 countries including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE and Singapore. You can choose Budget, Economy, Standard or DHL Express shipping at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer.

Can I return or exchange them?

All sales are final because you approve a video of your piece before it ships. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 6 hours of delivery with an uncut unboxing video, and we will replace it or give store credit.

• Only after your approval is the package shipped.
• So, we do not offer refund, return, or exchange — all sales are final.
• If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt with unboxing (uncut) video proof — once discussed, the return should be booked the same day, with the receipt shared with us.
• Please share the unboxing (uncut) video proof, order number, photos of the issue, and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail so we can begin the process.
• We will either replace the item or issue store credit. The final decision lies with Seema Clay Jewelry, and we reserve the right to refuse returns, reshipments, or refunds.

If your parcel arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, please reach out within 2 days of the expected delivery date — we will gladly help you raise a claim with the courier and provide any documentation needed. Since responsibility for transportation passes to the carrier once handed over, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit — we recommend choosing DHL Express for valuable or time-sensitive orders, for full tracking and faster resolution.

• All our pieces are handcrafted with variety of materials e.g. gold plated copper wire | resin | polymer clay and manufactured jewelry components.
• Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight box with no direct sunlight or moisture to avoid oxidation process of metals that leads to discoloring.
• Please avoid contact with water, perfumes, hair sprays, make up, lotions and creams.
• We urge you to remove your jewelry before shower, swim or workout.
• Our design give you the freedom to gently move the wire base of flower/ leaves so that you can adjust and wear it according to your choice. We urge our customers to be gentle and caring while doing so.
