• If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt with unboxing (uncut) video proof — once discussed, the return should be booked the same day, with the receipt shared with us.
• Please share the unboxing (uncut) video proof, order number, photos of the issue, and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail so we can begin the process.
• We will either replace the item or issue store credit. The final decision lies with Seema Clay Jewelry, and we reserve the right to refuse returns, reshipments, or refunds.

• Customs, duties & taxes: not included in the product or shipping price — these are set by the destination country and remain the customer's responsibility.
• Delivery delays: estimated times begin after dispatch. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or transportation issues — these are beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
• Tracking: a tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
• Incorrect addresses: please double-check your shipping address before ordering — orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may need additional shipping charges to resend.
• Lost or damaged shipments: we carefully inspect, package, and dispatch every order before it leaves our studio. If your parcel arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, please reach out within 2 days of the expected delivery date — we will gladly help you raise a claim with the courier and provide any documentation needed. Since responsibility for transportation passes to the carrier once handed over, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit — we recommend choosing DHL Express for valuable or time-sensitive orders, for full tracking and faster resolution.

• All our pieces are handcrafted with variety of materials e.g. gold plated copper wire | resin | polymer clay and manufactured jewelry components.
• Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight box with no direct sunlight or moisture to avoid oxidation process of metals that leads to discoloring.
• Please avoid contact with water, perfumes, hair sprays, make up, lotions and creams.
• We urge you to remove your jewelry before shower, swim or workout.
• Our design give you the freedom to gently move the wire base of flower/ leaves so that you can adjust and wear it according to your choice. We urge our customers to be gentle and caring while doing so.
• Do not apply any form of pressure on flower petals or leaves.
