Since responsibility for transportation passes to the carrier once handed over, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit — we recommend choosing DHL Express for valuable or time-sensitive orders, for full tracking and faster resolution.

• Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight box with no direct sunlight or moisture to avoid oxidation process of metals that leads to discoloring.

• We urge you to remove your jewelry before shower, swim or workout.
